Key Responsibilities

  • MES Configuration: Configure Syncade to meet the needs of our manufacturing solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with local and global IT groups to deliver effective manufacturing solutions.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze business processes and recommend or implement changes to systems and/or procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • User Support: Provide special support and extract data as required by users.
  • System Development Life Cycle: Participate in all phases of systems development, from definition to delivery, in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to Computer Systems Validation policies, standards, procedures, and practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • No less than 7 years of experience in automation.
  • Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, supporting Emerson Syncade systems.
  • High proficiency in integrating Syncade with key manufacturing systems like DeltaV and SAP.
  • Experience in cGMP regulated operations and Computer Systems Validation.
  • Detailed knowledge of System Development Life Cycle principles.
