Covering customers in 110 countries. Key Responsibilities include Business Acceptance Testing, ensuring new services work properly, Billing Management, handling billing processes efficiently, Reconciliation, checking records match accurately and Query Management, addressing and resolving queries effectively. Job Requirements include A minimum of 2 years experience in the financial industry, preferably in asset management or investment funds, working knowledge of Microsoft suite, particularly Excel, and relevant tools like Summit, Agile methodologies and JIRA. Required Qualifications include Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, economics, commerce, accounting or similar. Relevant work experience can also be considered instead of a degree.
