Facilities Manager

This role will see you at the forefront of our day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services and managing FM resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional event management services, coordinating FM resources and staff to meet client needs.
  • Communicate proactively with client representatives, recording and addressing their concerns in a timely manner.
  • Implement high standards of service delivery, monitoring performance and making adjustments as needed.
  • Compile detailed reports in accordance with established requirements.
  • Manage relationships with specialist contractors and suppliers, driving quality and efficiency in service delivery.

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also be expected to lead routine meetings with clients, oversee safety and quality initiatives, and participate in central management workshops to drive collaboration and problem-solving.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in technical subject areas such as electrical, mechanical, energy, cleaning, painting & decorating, safety, or quality management.
  • Effective leadership and communication skills, enabling you to motivate and manage staff effectively.
  • High-level IT competency, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service levels.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to prioritize tasks in relation to operational objectives.
