As a Personal Banker, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing them with exceptional customer service and expertise in financial solutions. Your goal will be to build strong relationships with our clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives, and offering tailored advice to help them achieve success.

This role requires a high level of product knowledge, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with our clients to identify their financial needs, and provide solutions that meet those needs. This may involve recommending investment products, such as stocks, bonds, or mutual funds, or helping clients understand and manage their credit and debt.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service, as well as a desire to continually learn and grow in your knowledge of financial products and services. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in banking or finance
  • Strong product knowledge, particularly in investment and credit management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
