As a skilled tax professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and providing expert advice on complex tax matters. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop personalized solutions that meet their financial goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting in-depth tax interviews with clients to gather information and identify opportunities for tax savings
  • Preparing accurate and complete tax returns for individual, trust, and partnership clients
  • Providing expert guidance on tax planning and compliance issues
  • Identifying and addressing potential audit risks
  • Mentoring and supporting team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed

Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • CPA or Enrolled Agent certification
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax
  • Experience conducting virtual tax interviews
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
