Job Summary

We are seeking a Payroll Professional to join our team in West Cork. This role involves managing end-to-end payroll processes for various clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Process weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls for diverse client portfolios.
  2. Manage employee data, tax information, and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
  3. Oversee employee benefits, including pensions, health insurance, and deductions.
  4. Address client inquiries related to payroll, taxes, and benefits with excellent service.
  5. Stay updated on payroll laws, tax legislation, and statutory requirements to ensure compliance.
  6. Maintain accurate records and a thorough document control system for audit purposes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fully qualified AAT or equivalent experience. Payroll/Accounts technician qualification is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
  • Working knowledge of payroll software, with familiarity in BrightPay being beneficial.
  • Understanding of Revenue legislation.
