As a Housekeeping Manager, you will lead by example and inspire your team to achieve excellence in guest satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to join our fast-growing hospitality team where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all areas of the hotel.
  • Lead and motivate your team to work collaboratively towards common goals, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and maximize guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control housekeeping stock, ensuring efficient ordering and minimizing waste.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and policies, maintaining a safe working environment for all staff.
  • Proactively address guest concerns and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and guests alike.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm under pressure and adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Experience with Micros Fidelio Opera or similar front desk operating systems.
