Medical Device Specialist

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for healthcare innovation? This role involves promoting a portfolio of surgical devices and healthcare solutions to medical professionals. You will gather market intelligence, build genuine relationships, and represent the brand at meetings and industry events.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Medical Device Specialist to join our team. As a key representative of our organization, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships based on credibility and trust. Your primary goal will be to set and achieve territory business development goals and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote a portfolio of surgical devices and healthcare solutions to medical professionals
  • Gather and share market intelligence, including customer feedback, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships based on credibility and trust
  • Represent the brand at meetings and industry events
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer service and operational excellence
Requirements:
  • NFQ Level 8 Honours Bachelor Degree in a relevant discipline (Healthcare, Business, Engineering, or Science)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant industry
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills
  • Proven ability to manage a territory and work autonomously
  • Must be currently residing in Ireland
  • Willingness to travel nationwide
  • A long-term vision to develop within the healthcare sales and marketing field
