Job Title

A dynamic and innovative Research Engineer is required to join our team in shaping products from concept through commercialisation and post-market support.

This exciting opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on innovative healthcare solutions and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product transitions and resolve field issues.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead design and development activities for new and existing products.
  • Develop and implement system integration strategies, including defect tracking and risk analysis.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and Reliability teams to ensure seamless product transitions.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Engineering qualification.
  • Proven experience in R&D for complex electro-mechanical systems medical devices, diagnostics, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of systems engineering principles, including requirements management, architecture development, and verification.
