Senior Technical Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Leader to spearhead the development of complex medical device portfolios.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of full-cycle product development, quality management systems, and medical device new product development. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in an engineering discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in R&D technical leadership roles or equivalent industry experience.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, driving innovation, and delivering results.
  • Strong business acuity, customer centricity, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies and lean development techniques.
