Medical Device Product Specialist Opportunity

  • Hold a third-level qualification (minimum: Honors Bachelor Degree)
  • Have 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • Healthcare (clinical, surgical, or healthcare-related background)
    • Business (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Commerce)
    • Science (Microbiology, Biochemistry, Neuroscience, Mathematical Sciences, Biology)
  • Be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial drive and a hunger to succeed
  • Have a natural flair for presenting complex technical information in an engaging, relatable way
  • Approach challenges with a solution-focused mindset and thrive under pressure
  • Enjoy building genuine relationships and see value in long-term client trust
  • Eager to continuously learn, grow, and evolve within a commercial healthcare setting
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive territory business development and sales growth
  • Promote a portfolio of surgical devices and healthcare solutions to medical professionals
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships based on credibility and trust
  • Collect and share market intelligence, including customer feedback and competitor activity
  • Represent the organization at meetings, product demonstrations, workshops, and industry events
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer service and operational excellence
