Expert Labeling Operations Manager required to lead a team of professionals in the pharmaceutical industry.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Strategic planning and forecasting for label change projects;
  • Accuracy and completeness of Brief phase within Artwork Management System and regulatory compliance;
  • Project management responsibility within Production, Design, and Asset workflows;
  • Leading label change projects and associated deliverables;
  • Periodic formal review process for label change management and performance metrics development;
  • Ownership and leadership role in Packaging and Artwork Strategy;
  • Shared label strategy development and maintenance over product life cycle;
  • Change plan ownership for labeling operations;
  • Assuming business process owner role for specific labeling business processes;
  • Documentation subject matter expert and early development labeling work representation.

The ideal candidate will have:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in Operations, Regulatory, or Quality environments;
  • Proficiency in English (both written and oral);
  • Experience working across different cultures, multiple functional areas, and complex matrix environments;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with all levels of management and personnel;
  • Negotiating and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills;
  • Leadership skills and cross-functional collaboration ability;
  • Understanding of Regulatory, Quality, and Supply Chain aspects of labeling and non-compliance impact.
