As a Global Labeling Operations Manager, you will be responsible for planning and forecasting label change projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

">

Working closely with stakeholders in Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain Management, Packaging Development, and Brand Strategy, you will oversee global labeling updates, carton labeling updates, and support business operations within the eyecare portfolio.

">

You will handle responsibilities within our system for Production Planning, Design Management, and Asset Control workflows, manage projects and deliverables for product launches, site transfers, country/area-specific changes, and other labeling-focused initiatives.

">

Conducting regular reviews for label change management and developing performance metrics, you will take ownership and leadership roles within this area.

">

Leading the development and maintenance of shared label strategies throughout the product life cycle, you will oversee labeling operations change plans.

Acting as the subject matter expert for specific labeling business processes, you will require:

  • ">
  • A degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain">
  • 4-6 years of combined experience in Quality Assurance (2 years), Operations Management (2 years), and Pharmaceutical/Device Regulations (2 years)">
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with all levels of management and personnel">
  • Strong project management skills, including stakeholder engagement">
  • Understanding of applicable regulations and standards affecting Pharmaceutical, Device, and Combination Products, specifically those affecting the Packaging and Labeling System">
