Senior Finance Transformation Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Transformation Leader to join our team in Dublin.

As a trusted advisor, you will lead complex finance transformation projects from inception to delivery, ensuring on-time and high-quality outcomes. Your expertise in finance processes and hands-on experience with ERP and financial planning systems will enable you to drive business growth and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive finance transformation strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CFOs and senior finance executives, fostering collaboration and trust.
  • Provide expert advice on finance strategy, processes, systems, and controls, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Identify new opportunities for business growth and contribute to proposal development, leveraging your knowledge of market trends and industry benchmarks.
  • Lead the recruitment, mentoring, and management of a high-performing team of consultants, promoting career development and succession planning.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of finance operating models and process optimization initiatives, driving digital transformation and innovation.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Qualified Accountant, ideally trained in Big 4, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and industry standards.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience in finance transformation or corporate finance roles, with a proven track record of delivering results-oriented projects.
  • Deep expertise in finance processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, with hands-on experience with ERP and financial planning systems.
  • Strong data analytics and visualization capabilities, with experience in developing and implementing data-driven solutions.
