About the Role:

You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial management of bespoke fit out projects from inception to completion. Your responsibility will be ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for fit out projects.
  • Conduct thorough cost analysis and financial projections for new and ongoing projects.
  • Manage tender processes, including preparation of tender documents and evaluation of contractor bids.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Monitor and control project expenditure, identifying areas for cost savings without compromising quality.
  • Regular site visits will be required to monitor progress and ensure financial control.
  • Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management and clients.
  • Resolve any financial or contractual disputes that may arise.
  • Mentor and support junior quantity surveyors, fostering a collaborative team environment.
