Technical Service Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced technical service specialist to join our team. This role will involve providing installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance services on processing equipment, as well as driving continuous improvement at the customer's plant.

The successful candidate will have a strong technical educational background and relevant experience in mechanical maintenance tasks on processing or liquid food equipment. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to apply structure and priority to duties.

In this role, you will work extensively within the Island of Ireland and occasionally overseas. You will be home-based but required to travel frequently. As a result, a valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance services on processing equipment.
  • Drive continuous improvement at the customer's plant.
  • Execute hands-on preventative and corrective maintenance activities to maximize system performance.
  • Perform troubleshooting and fault-finding services on-site and remotely.
  • Liaison with customers to establish and maintain a continuous positive relationship.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical educational background.
  • Relevant Tetra Pak technical experience for at least 3 years.
  • Work experience of mechanical maintenance tasks on processing or liquid food equipment.
  • Separator, Homogeniser and Valve and Pump knowledge.
