Senior Laboratory Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Laboratory Manager to oversee the technical and scientific aspects of our laboratory operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse range of specimens for bacterial, fungal, viral and parasitic infections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the laboratory
  • Participate in ensuring Quality Management System conforms to ISO standards
  • Verify and validate test methods

Requirements:

  • Chief Medical Scientist qualifications
  • Postgraduate degree in Medical Laboratory Science
  • 6 years' experience in Medical Laboratory post qualification
  • Experience in Quality Management and ISO Accreditation

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
