**Job Description:**

As a Maintenance Contract and Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key clients in the maintenance department. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing client requirements across allocated accounts.
  • Liaising with clients on all contractual matters, from draft evaluation to contract execution.
  • Organizing and overseeing pre-planned and reactive maintenance work on a variety of building services systems and equipment.
  • Coordinating with the purchasing department to ensure correct materials are ordered when required.
  • Procuring plant and equipment to enable complete response to client requirements.
  • Ensuring SLAs and scope of works are met by liaising with clients and management teams.
  • Attending monthly review meetings to assess ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Overseeing services, reports, quotations, and contracts, ensuring all SLAs are met.
  • Attending client meetings and monthly reviews.
  • Ensuring all documentation complies with QMS ISO9001:2015 standards.

**Requirements:**

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced maintenance environment and come from a technical background. They will need to have excellent IT skills and strong technical knowledge, with the ability to manage concurrent projects.
