Microbiology Technician Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Scientist to join our team at Team Horizon. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing documentation, performing validation/verification of micro methods, and documenting testing activities and results.

The ideal candidate will have 3rd Level Qualification in a Science Discipline, preferably Microbiology related, and 2-3 years of experience working as a Micro Technician in a GMP/GLP environment.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Drafting and reviewing documentation – SOPs, protocols, training modules, investigations, reports, CAPAs and deviations
  • Performing validation/verification of micro methods for new products
  • Documenting all testing activities, results, and raw data on time, accurately and legibly

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong understanding of microbiology principles
  • Experience working with micro lab equipment
