Job Title:

A Temporary Payroll Specialist is required to provide cover and support during a period of sustained growth.

Key responsibilities include the end-to-end processing of monthly payrolls for various countries, managing compensation components, liaising with payroll vendors, and supporting quarterly Irish fund payroll processing.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have strong working knowledge of UK and/or Irish payroll, as well as proficiency in using Excel and payroll/accounting platforms. A proactive, detail-focused mindset is essential for success in this role.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in payroll, ideally within financial, legal, or professional services
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deliver results under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
