We are seeking a skilled Payroll Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and payroll regulation, with experience working in a multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Timely and accurate processing of bi-monthly and monthly payrolls across multiple locations
  • Compilation of payroll-related reports and summaries for management
  • Payroll posting and cost analysis
  • Responding to payroll-related queries from employees and internal/external stakeholders
  • Completion of payroll-related balance sheet reconciliations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2-3 years' payroll experience, ideally in a multinational environment
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and payroll regulation
  • Basic understanding of payroll legislation in Ireland and the UK (knowledge of other countries considered an advantage)
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
