**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to manage a portfolio of clients, including the preparation and review of monthly payroll files and statutory financial statements. You will also be responsible for assisting with payroll-related queries from clients and providing exceptional client service.

As a Payroll Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from growth-focused entrepreneurial businesses to multi-national organizations. You will be working within a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the opportunity to contribute to the operational management of our financial reporting team.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Irish payroll processing

• A payroll qualification from IPASS or equivalent

• A good working knowledge of Irish payroll legislation and practices

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software (e.g., Sage, Thesaurus, BrightPay)

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
