We are seeking a seasoned Leisure Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel's leisure club in Co Cork.

Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of staff, ensuring guests have an exceptional experience in a clean, safe and well-managed facility.
  • Key responsibilities include supervising staff, implementing standard operating procedures and maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • This role requires strong communication skills, leadership abilities and a keen eye for detail.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, extensive knowledge of fitness equipment and programs, as well as certification in CPR, life saving and first aid.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a management position in the leisure industry is essential.
  • Extensive knowledge of fitness equipment, programming and maintenance is required.
  • Certification in CPR, life saving and first aid is highly desirable.
Personal Qualities
  • We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills and leadership abilities.
  • Fitness industry qualifications and experience are highly valued.
