Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Leisure Centre Assistant Manager to join our team at a 4-star hotel in Co. Cork.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience supervising a leisure club or fitness centre, with excellent leadership and sales skills.

Key responsibilities include creating a welcoming environment for guests, overseeing the implementation of standard operating procedures, and managing daily operations, including hygiene, maintenance, and sales.

In addition to these duties, the Assistant Manager will work closely with the Leisure Manager and Marketing teams to ensure that sales targets are met.

The role requires a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.

To be considered for this position, applicants must have a valid right to live and work in Ireland without restriction, and own private transportation.
