We are seeking a seasoned Duty Manager to oversee the efficient management of our 4-star hotel in Cork. This prestigious role requires a strong leader who can effectively coordinate all aspects of Food & Beverage and Front of House operations, ensuring exceptional customer experience and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To manage daily operations and ensure seamless coordination across various departments
  • To lead and guide the team as required during service/shift, fostering a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for guests
  • To provide mature leadership, facilitate team development, and promote a culture of excellence
Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in managing busy Food and Beverage operations in a similar setting
  • Proven track record of effective leadership and team management skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Duty Management experience in Leisure style 4* Hotel in Ireland preferred
