Job Title: Hospitality Operations Manager

 

Job Summary:

A seasoned hospitality professional is sought after to lead our hotel's food and beverage operations, managing daily events, conferences, weddings, and providing excellent customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and coordinate all areas of the hotel ensuring seamless operation
  2. Lead and guide the team as required during service/shift
  3. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  4. Adhere to shift and opening/closing procedures
  5. Develop a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing busy food and beverage operations
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Candidates with previous experience in event management are highly desirable
  • Front office training is an advantage, enabling effective check-in/out and assistance
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills are essential
  • Reliable, committed, and motivated individuals with a professional demeanor are required
  • Previous experience in Duty Management within a leisure 4-star hotel setting is preferred

 

Work Requirements:

  • Must possess full legal status to work in Ireland
