Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team.

  • About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring excellent customer service and contributing to a smooth and efficient working environment.
  • This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in hotel management.
Requirements
  • Experience:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in hotel management, with a focus on operations and guest service.
  • Skillset:
  • Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality service.
  • Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and financial management skills, with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
Benefits

  • €40,000 - €42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
