
Hotel Reception Manager

Welcome to the world of hospitality, where exceptional guest experiences are created by passionate and skilled professionals. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the Reception desk, meeting guest requests at all times and maximizing revenue.
Main Duties:
- Work alongside the Front Office Manager to ensure seamless communication and coordination with other hotel staff.
- Coordinate solutions quickly when guests experience problems in their rooms by working with housekeeping and/or service staff.
- Communicate effectively with other hotel staff, such as housekeeping or maintenance, when rooms are ready to be cleaned or repaired for new guests.
- Work closely with the Front Office Manager and Revenue Manager to ensure consistent communication and goal alignment.
- Ensure all standard operational procedures are followed by all staff on duty.
- Assist with staff training and development programs.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Familiarity with Hotsoft system and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- At least 2 years' hotel reception experience in a 4/5-star hotel environment.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Friendly and professional attitude, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Availability to work variable shifts, including weekends and evenings.
