Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing front of house and food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the smooth running of front of house operations
  • Evaluate and maintain quality standards across all departments
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively manage their expectations

Requirements:
  1. Prior experience as a Duty Manager or F&B Manager (minimum of 2 years)
  2. Excellent customer service skills
  3. Passion for the hospitality industry
  4. Strong communication and organizational skills
  5. Able to work effectively as part of a team
  6. Availability for evening and weekend shifts
