About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a high-standard establishment, playing a key role in the daily operations of the hotel. Key responsibilities include leading and supporting the team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the highest levels of service across all departments.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead by example with a hands-on approach to management.
  • Work closely with other department managers to meet and exceed guest expectations.
  • Maintain high standards in Food & Beverage service, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Handle guest queries and resolve any issues effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements include minimum 1-2 years of duty management experience in a busy hospitality environment, a strong background in Food & Beverage operations, and excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable experience at the hotel. You will work closely with the hotel's management team to achieve this goal.
