Leisure Club Operations Manager

The leisure club is a vibrant and busy environment that requires a proactive and results-driven individual to assist the Leisure Club Manager in running and managing its operations.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with members and guests. You will work closely with the management team to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
You will also be required to coordinate and manage the team and rosters to meet business needs, ensuring a seamless and efficient operation of the leisure club.
Qualifications and Skills- 3 years' experience as an Assistant Leisure Club Manager or similar role;
- A relative qualification in people management would be advantageous;
- A nationally recognised Fitness Instructors qualification or equivalent;
- ILAM Pool Lifeguard or equivalent qualification;
- National Swimming and Spa Pool Certificate;
- Swim Teachers/Assistant Swim Teachers qualification;
- Class teaching experience;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of revenue generation, cost control and target achievement;
- Plant maintenance experience essential;
