Job Description

We are recruiting for a Fitness Team Leader to join our Motion Leisure Centre team. As a key member of our fitness team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every visit to our leisure centre exceeds expectations.

Your role will involve assisting the Management team to lead by example and deliver outstanding service. You will also be required to assist with delivering fitness classes, ensure the team delivers high-quality service and advice to guests and members, and exceed expectations in all interactions.

  • Maintain consistently high standards of service in Motion Leisure Centre
  • Deliver fitness classes as scheduled
  • Ensure the team provides expert advice and guidance to guests and members
  • Exceed guest expectations in all interactions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2-3 years' experience within a hotel or gym environment
  • Fitness qualification
  • Lifeguard qualification
  • Strong organization and customer relation skills
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
  • Flexible - willing to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and weekdays
  • Candidate must have fluent English
