Senior Vehicle Installation Specialist

Job Opportunity
">As a lead installer, you will be responsible for managing vehicle assignment, branding, and access system installation. You will develop procedures to track vehicle status and execute field tasks for GoCar and Direct to Car Fleet.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Manage vehicle assignment, branding, and access system installation.
- Execute all field vehicle tasks for GoCar and Direct to Car Fleet.
- Oversee technical tasks to maximize vehicle condition/uptime and minimize costs.
- Assign daily tasks to Europcar Fleet Operations as needed.
- Partner with Europcar Fleet Operations to find new parking opportunities.
- Optimize operations using process improvement concepts.
- Supervise the upkeep, maintenance, repair, and cleanliness of the tech area.
- Control stock levels, including documentation.
- Ensure top-level security for company fleet and assets.
- Handle on-site health & safety for self and colleagues.
- Work with on-street teams to resolve remote issues and reduce downtime.
- Address technical customer service escalations.
- Diagnose and validate fixes for deployed hardware.
- Identify trends/issues, recommend solutions to improve GoCar Fleet Tech, and provide weekly progress reports.
- Pinpoint potential GoCar Fleet customer impact issues.
- Develop and execute test plans/cases for hardware, firmware, and software based on requirements.
- Collaborate with hardware/firmware teams to test new features/improvements for telematics units.
- Contribute to product growth by validating future hardware/software.
- Test web/mobile applications for end-to-end member experience.
Requirements:
">- Proven experience in automotive or related industries.
- Excellent communication and IT skills.
- Previous management experience.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Possession of a full, clean driving license.
