Fleet Vehicle Installer Technician

You are responsible for installing and maintaining GoCar fleet vehicles. This involves managing in-fleeting/de-fleeting, branding, and access system installation, as well as developing tracking procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Technical Tasks: Handle vehicle technical tasks for the fleet, including Europcar Fleet Operations and Direct to Car.
  • Optimize Operations: Oversee weekly technical tasks to maximize vehicle condition/uptime and minimize costs.
  • Assign Daily Tasks: Assign daily technical and availability tasks to Europcar Fleet Operations as needed.
  • Partner with Teams: Partner with Europcar Fleet Operations and Growth Manager to find new parking locations.
  • Implement Lean Processes: Optimize operations using lean process concepts.
  • Supervise Technical Area: Supervise the technical area, ensuring upkeep, maintenance, repair, and cleanliness.
  • Control Stock: Control stock, including documentation.
  • Ensure Security: Ensure top-level security for company fleet and assets.
  • Handle Health & Safety: Handle on-site Health & Safety for self and colleagues.
  • Resolve Remote Issues: Work with on-street team to resolve remote issues and reduce downtime.
  • Address Customer Service: Address technical fleet-related customer service escalations.

Additional responsibilities include diagnosing and validating fixes for deployed hardware, identifying trends/issues, recommending solutions to improve GoCar Fleet Tech, and providing weekly progress reports.
