Electrical Vehicle Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Vehicle Technician to join our team. As an Electrical Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our fleet of luxury coaches.

  • Maintain and repair electrical systems on our vehicles ensuring they remain in optimal working condition.
  • Perform diagnostic tests to identify faults and malfunctions in electrical systems.
  • Complete day-to-day running repairs and perform regular inspections to ensure all vehicles are roadworthy.

Fleet Maintenance Responsibilities
  1. Maintenance of our extensive fleet of over 100 vehicles.
  2. Ensuring all vehicles remain fit for purpose and in optimal running condition.
  3. Completing day-to-day running repairs.
  4. Performing monthly inspections.
  5. Preparing vehicles for CVRT testing.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
  • A HGV Mechanic qualification or equivalent.
  • HGV experience; bus and coach experience preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle components.
  • A HGV License; Bus License preferred.
  • High level of technical knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in written and spoken English.
