Sourcing and Procurement Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Sourcing and Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic sourcing of products and global procurement services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate prices, deals, contracts and delivery schedules with suppliers to achieve cost-effective solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce sourcing costs and capitalise on them to enhance business performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop business strategies and maximise opportunities.
  • Manage tender enquiries and negotiate contracts to secure optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
  • A relevant degree or industry-related experience in supply chain management is preferred.
  • A proven track record of supplier evaluation, negotiation and selection is essential.
  • Strong organisational and administration skills are required.
  • The ability to absorb technical information about products is necessary.
  • Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills are required.
