National Contract Management Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled National Contract Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex national contracts, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement contract management strategies to ensure effective project execution.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results within agreed timelines.">
  • Manage contract variations, including change orders and compensation events.">
  • Ensure accurate recording and reporting of contract milestones and progress.">
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with contract performance.">
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Relevant degree in a field such as civil engineering, construction, or business administration.">
  • Proven experience in contract management, preferably in the NEC framework.">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex contractual documents.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and locations.">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Project.">
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as MS Project or similar.">
  • Chartered or incorporated status with a relevant professional institution, such as CIOB or ICE.">
  • Accredited NEC Project Manager or Supervisor (NECReg) certification.">
