As a key member of our HR and recruiting team, this person will help us shape the future talent profile of our organization. By identifying and attracting top talent, this recruiting associate will have the opportunity to play a key role as we grow and transform.

This individual will become a partner with client stakeholders, including the site HR team, and will work to develop, communicate, and execute jointly on recruiting plans to support the site.

The job holder will be responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of recruitment plans, sourcing, screening, and assessing qualified candidates for targeted job requisitions.

They will build and maintain a pipeline of qualified and diverse talent, collaborate with key stakeholders and HR partners to understand the business needs and ideal candidate profiles.

Additionally, they will provide data, research, and analysis on competitive intelligence, labor trends, information about external marketplaces, and our employer brand position to attract top talent.

They will also accurately track and report recruitment activity data to support staffing metrics from the time a requisition is opened to the time candidates are identified for offer and onboarded.

A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business or Human Resources discipline is required. Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in an agency, search firm, or corporate setting is necessary.
