  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through research, canvassing, and quality calls.
  • Sourcing and selecting top talent from various sources, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Interviewing, assessing, and negotiating on behalf of candidates to secure placement opportunities.
  • Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the specialist sector and market.
  • Providing expert advice to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintaining accurate records and database entries for all client and candidate interactions.
Requirements and Qualifications

Candidates must possess a proven track record in sales or recruitment, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
