The role of a Senior Associate Scientist is pivotal in driving the translation of advanced science and technology into impactful therapies and vaccines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support drug development by applying analytical methodologies to ensure the physical and chemical characterization of drug substances.
  • Conduct laboratory work to support analytical testing of pharmaceutical projects using chromatography, KF, spectroscopy or mass spectrometry.
  • Develop, validate, and transfer analytical methods to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Evaluate and release raw materials and intermediates to support pharmaceutical development efforts.
  • Document experimental results and provide 24/7 In-process control (IPC) support for plant operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a GMP lab environment, academic or industrial research lab.
  • Able to meet project milestones under general supervision, manage expectations for specific projects, and deliver technology-ready data and documents.
  • Experience in problem-solving skills and instrument troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills, especially adherence to laboratory notebook practices.
  • Experience with a wide variety of software and information systems.
