Corporate Client Support Specialist

This role presents a unique opportunity to excel in client service, working closely with corporate and government clients to deliver exceptional experiences.

About the Role:

The primary objective of this position is to provide comprehensive support to clients, ensuring their needs are met through prompt and accurate resolution of queries and issues.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To manage and resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including bankers, risk, compliance, and legal professionals.
  • Maintain adherence to risk, compliance, and legal standards in all actions.
  • Address and report issues, as well as resolve complaints according to established procedures.
