Speech & Language Therapist Role

About the Position:

We are seeking a skilled Speech and Language Therapist to provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to individuals with complex disabilities.

  • Deliver high-quality communication assessments, diagnostics, and interventions to clients with a range of needs.
  • Create tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to offer holistic care.
  • Engage with families and caregivers to educate and support them regarding their child's communication requirements.

The ideal candidate will hold a recognised third-level qualification in Speech and Language Therapy, possess a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience, and be registered as a Speech & Language Therapist by CORU. They will also exhibit strong clinical, communication, and leadership abilities, with a passion for delivering exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide individualised speech and language therapy services to children and adults with complex disabilities.

- Develop and implement effective treatment plans using evidence-based practices.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care.

- Engage with families and caregivers to provide education and support.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

- Recognised third-level qualification in Speech and Language Therapy.

- Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience.

- Registration as a Speech & Language Therapist by CORU.
