Job Role

The HR Business Partner will be responsible for driving the future success of our organization by developing and implementing a strategic approach to people management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Work closely with senior leaders to shape organizational design, workforce planning, and succession management.
  • Talent Management: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives to attract and develop top talent, drive performance management processes to ensure a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Culture Development: Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion across all sites, build a values-driven culture that supports innovation and high performance.
  • Operational Support: Oversee HR policies, ensure compliance with employment legislation and GDPR, manage time clocking system and act as key liaison between HR, Finance, and external payroll providers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 8 qualification in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field (CIPD membership desirable).
  • At least 5 years HR experience, including at senior advisor or business partner level.
  • Demonstrated experience in HR systems required and payroll management an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
  • Proven ability to influence, coach, and collaborate with senior leaders.
