
Senior HR Business Partner

Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance the human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and policies.
- Actively uphold the brand values of integrity, passion for food, vibrancy, commitment, innovation, and imagination.
- Ensure optimal employment levels through appropriate recruitment and selection procedures.
- Promote a harmonious working atmosphere through proactive communication and problem resolution.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and implement necessary procedures.
- Provide induction and initial training to all employees.
- Document and record internal and external training.
- Maintain attendance, holiday, and leave records.

- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and deliver the HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with senior leadership to design organizational structure, workforce planning, and succession management.
- Provide expert advice on people strategy, culture, and organizational change.
- Talent & Performance
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives to attract top talent.
- Drive performance management processes, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
- Develop leadership and management training programs.
- Culture & Engagement
- Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion.
- Build a values-driven culture supporting innovation and high performance.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for staff and management on HR matters.
- HR Operations, Payroll & Compliance
- Oversee HR policies ensuring compliance with Irish employment legislation and GDPR.
- Manage time clocking system and liaison between HR, Finance, and payroll providers.
- Lead employee relations processes in a fair, consistent, and progressive manner.
- Use HR data and systems to inform strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Minimum Level 8 qualification in Human Resource Management or related field.
- At least 5 years' HR experience including at senior advisor or business partner level.
- Demonstrated experience in HR systems required and payroll management advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice.
- Proven ability to influence, coach, and collaborate with senior leaders.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fully qualified driver's licence with flexibility to work across multiple locations.
