About the Position:

This exciting opportunity awaits a skilled HR professional to become a trusted business partner at Ferrero's Industrial plant in Cork, Ireland. As a key member of the HR team, you will report directly to the Regional Talent Manager and take on essential responsibilities including training, employee relations, organizational change, recruitment, and retention.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Alignment of interview process framework to identify and attract top talent.
  • Reviewing current recruitment processes to embed in HR ATS system and ensuring seamless end-to-end execution.
  • Aligning contracts with external recruitment agencies and job advert formatting.
  • Onboarding and integrating new employees into the organization, encompassing orientation and ongoing support.
  • Training needs mapping, supporting, and coordinating with line management.
  • Budgeting headcount alignment through company workforce planning system.
  • Responsible for weekly payroll processes by ensuring accurate recording of employee hours, leave, and other payroll-related information.
Key Qualifications:
  • Ideal candidates should have a Degree with CIPD qualification.
  • Methodical, personable, and results-focused individual with strong employee relations experience.
  • Ability to translate and align business priorities to HR actions.
  • Strong systems capability.
