About This Role

This role will serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to key executives and their organizations, working closely with senior leaders to define and execute business strategies that drive growth and transformation.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6-8 years of relevant HR Business Partner experience, with a strong understanding of the HR functional areas, including employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, data and analytics, etc.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience supporting EMEA/APJ regions
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and change
  • Prior experience in a technology company, preferably in the cloud, BI/analytics, or platform as a service setting

The successful candidate will be able to gather and synthesize information from different sources to raise awareness and inspire change, while also being proactive in ensuring the organization is building high-performing teams.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional who can drive organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent initiatives to identify and execute against current and future talent needs.

The role requires strong collaboration skills and the ability to provide business and HR knowledge to define solution options, as well as a business first mentality of understanding the organization's portfolio of products and services and using that knowledge to apply HR and People solutions and outcomes.

The successful candidate will be based out of our Cork office, Ireland, with a minimum of 2-3 days on-site per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support business objectives
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leaders and managers on HR-related matters
  • Analyze business and employee insights and metrics to drive system improvements
  • Partner with other functions, including Finance, Legal, and HR Centers of Excellence, to develop value-added solutions
  • Lead with data and metrics to guide decision-making
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant HR Business Partner experience
  • Experience supporting EMEA/APJ regions
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and change
  • Prior experience in a technology company, preferably in the cloud, BI/analytics, or platform as a service setting
