Regional Director Role

We are seeking a strategic Regional Director to lead our EMEA Product organization. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the development and implementation of our global Product strategy, working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Product team's business operations, objectives, and challenges.
  • Build strong partnerships with senior leadership and stakeholders, providing strategic HR guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to build HR strategies that address unique needs while ensuring alignment with global frameworks.
  • Drive the establishment of a high-performance work culture, overseeing initiatives that enhance sales attainment, employee productivity, engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Play a pivotal role in influencing talent decisions, including leading workforce planning initiatives, org design frameworks, talent reviews, recruitment, development, and succession planning.
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to measure the impact of HR initiatives, providing regular reports to senior leadership on the effectiveness of HR programs for the region.
  • Lead change management initiatives, ensuring effective communication, addressing challenges, and promoting a positive and adaptive culture.
  • Work in tandem with HR Center of Excellence leaders and across HRBP leadership to develop and implement coordinated talent strategies, combining HRBP insights to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Requirements:
  • At least 15 years of HR experience, inclusive of people leadership.
  • Experience supporting Product and Engineering teams is preferred.
  • Experience in managing multiple country areas.
  • Requirement to travel on a regular basis.
  • Deep experience with large-scale change, including thinking strategically and translating business objectives into HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to build HR strategies that address local needs while ensuring alignment with global framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage change and drive HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Requires a systems thinker with strong business acumen and outcome focus.
  • Ability to inspire and influence to drive company-wide transformation.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into HR initiatives.
