Job Title: Strategic Sales and Marketing Leader

The successful candidate will lead a talented and motivated sales and marketing team, driving revenue growth, exceeding targets, and ensuring the property maintains a strong presence across corporate, leisure, and event markets.   • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Manage and grow the customer and contact database across multiple market segments.
  • Prepare tailored proposals and campaigns to attract new business and strengthen existing client relationships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and target setting.

The Strategic Sales and Marketing Leader will collaborate with the wider management team, including operations and revenue departments, to coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and events. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to deliver exceptional results and professional development. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and marketing plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Represent the resort at industry trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a senior sales and marketing role within a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Third-level qualification in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to analyse market trends and implement effective action plans.
