Job Description

As a senior marketing manager, you will be responsible for the execution of the annual marketing plan and reporting on its effectiveness. This role involves day-to-day management of the marketing team and ensuring that all marketing activities are integrated across various platforms.

Leadership
  • Closely collaborate with the retail director to determine needs and coordinate marketing activities.
  • Collaborate weekly with the ecommerce manager to ensure brand consistency across online and offline channels.
  • Work closely with the head of sales and head of retail to ensure their marketing needs are being met.

As a leader, you will motivate and develop the marketing team to deliver on the marketing plan and activities.

Marketing Plan
  • Develop and implement a results-focused marketing plan within budget.
  • Consult with the retail director to ensure the marketing plan aligns with the company's vision.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analysis on marketing initiatives to ensure maximum ROI.

The senior marketing manager will communicate the annual marketing plan to all stakeholders.

Marketing Team
  • Lead and develop the marketing team.
  • Maintain effective internal communications within the marketing team and other departments.

Regular one-on-one meetings will be held with each team member to review goals, issues, and development needs.

Marketing Activities
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing programs across various platforms.
  • Plan and oversee all advertising and promotion activities.

The senior marketing manager will work closely with agencies to continually assess campaigns and effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Three plus years of marketing experience in a management role.
  • Experience managing external marketing agencies.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good analytical skills, able to respond to results and research.
  • Proven track record in a similar role.
