Job Overview
\We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our growth and expansion in the Southern region, specifically within the Energy sector. This role focuses on driving project delivery, business development, client relationship management, and team development.
\Duties and Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the ENR sector, including proposal development and client presentations.\
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through quality of service delivery and responsiveness to client needs.\
- Lead the development and delivery of complex projects/programmes.\
- Define, develop, interface, and deliver complex multi-package projects safely while managing time, budget, quality, and KPIs to ensure successful completion.\
- Execute the programme, integrating multiple contracts into a well-functioning, collaborative outcome.\
- Manage, coach, and inspire teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.\
- Manage commission development including framework negotiations, commission setup, and financial control and reporting.\
- Foster, sustain, and oversee strong relationships with internal key stakeholders, including government entities.\
- Own commercial and contractual matters in close collaboration with commercial, procurement, and legal departments.\
